Every order is packed by hand and sent tracked. Nothing leaves us in a jiffy bag.

What it costs

Every piece we currently sell is over £50, so UK standard delivery is free on every order. Prices include VAT where it applies.

When it goes out

UK orders placed before 2pm on a working day are despatched the same day. Orders placed after that, at a weekend or on a bank holiday go out on the next working day.

You will get a despatch email with a tracking number as soon as the parcel is collected. If it has not arrived within the window above, email us at hello@sovellelondon.com and we will chase it.

Duties and import taxes

Outside the United Kingdom, any customs duty, import VAT or handling fee charged when the parcel reaches your country is payable by you, not by us. We cannot tell you in advance what that will be — it is set by your own customs authority, not by the carrier and not by us. Refusing a parcel because of a duty charge is treated as a return, and the outbound delivery cost is deducted from the refund.

Where we ship

We ship to the United Kingdom, to the European Union and to a list of countries beyond it. If your country does not appear at checkout we do not ship there yet. Email us and we will tell you honestly whether we can add it.

Getting it wrong

If a parcel is lost in transit we replace it or refund you in full, whichever you prefer. If it is delivered to the address you gave us and goes missing after that, we will help you open a claim with the carrier, but we cannot refund a parcel the tracking shows as delivered.
